Does anyone know of good places to take senior pictures in Michigan?

I’m looking for a location around Eaton Rapids, Charlotte, Okemos, Lansing, or any other near destination. I’m willing to drive up to an hour and a half to two hours if the spot is perfect! The spot I’m searching for is something chill and outdoorsy or an indoor location with a laid back vibe. I’m also up for suggestions on what to wear or props. My style is definitely on the boho/hippie side of things. Any advice would be appreciated!
woops it put my question in the senior citizen section! sorry bout that guys!

This is the Senior Citizen’s section, not the high school Senior’s section. Your best bet is to ask fellow Seniors or Seniors who have already graduated.

If your style is boho or hippie, I would drive to Ann Arbor. That seems like it would be a great place. If not, these are farther away, but Frankfort is beautiful, and Houghton Lake is nice. Frankfort has some old architectural details that would look really interesting, plus it has a big lighthouse and a lovely beach. Otherwise, you could probably find somewhere in Ann Arbor, like in a park or in front of a coffee house or cafe.

I’m guessing you are asking about high school pictures and arent a senior citizen. If you are using a professional photographer, I’d suggest that you ask them for ideas.

I know the perfect location but can’t remember the name of it. (I don’t live in Michigan) It’s that Island where that movie was shot. Everything on the island is very quaint and old fashioned. No automobiles are allowed on the island. If you don’t know where I’m talking about, e-mail me and I can find out for you. I have a very good friend who lives not far from it.

Go up to Mackinac Island out by the Grand Hotel, or go out to the Little Stone Church. My mom worked at the Grand Hotel when she came here from Finland….many, many moons ago.
